Monthly Treat Subscription

Monthly orders may contain rotating blends such as:

Chicken and pork
Pork and beef
Chicken and fish
Organ meats
Ground bone
Individually paired raw meaty bones

Ingredients may be distributed among different batches rather than included in every package. This provides protein variety throughout the month while preventing every meal from being exactly the same.

Each package will be labeled with its ingredients. Feed the complete monthly rotation as directed rather than skipping blends or feeding only your dog’s favorites. A nutritionally appropriate diet depends on the overall ingredients and proportions—not simply the presence of meat, organs, and bone.

Keep all unused packages frozen.

Thaw one package at a time in the refrigerator—not on the counter. Write the thaw date on your feeding tracker and keep the package refrigerated at 40°F or below.

Each package contains approximately three days of food and should be used within three days after thawing. Discard food that has been left unrefrigerated, smells unusual, or may have spoiled.

Each quantity equals 1 pound of food per delivery. Your total order will be divided into three-day packages based on your dog’s weight, age, breed, activity level, growth stage, and overall feeding needs.

For example, quantity 10 equals 10 total pounds of food—not ten individual 1-pound packages. Keep unused packages frozen, thaw one package at a time in the refrigerator, and use within three days.

Each package contains the total amount your dog should receive over approximately three days. You do not need to weigh every individual meal.

Divide the package into roughly equal daily portions, then divide each day’s portion into your dog’s normal number of meals.

The important part is that your dog receives the entire package over the three-day period. Do not feed the full package on Day 1 and leave nothing for Days 2 and 3.

Packages marked with a red sticker should be fed with the matching raw meaty bone on Day 2, as directed.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month using the plan and quantity selected at checkout.

Month-to-Month: Billed monthly at $6.75 per pound and may be changed or canceled before the monthly deadline.

6-Month Commitment: Billed monthly at $6.25 per pound with a minimum commitment of six consecutive orders. After six months, the plan continues month-to-month at the discounted rate until canceled.

As your puppy grows or your dog’s needs change, please provide an updated weight and report any changes in activity level, appetite, or body condition.

Your recommended monthly amount and future subscription quantity can be adjusted before the next billing date. Customers may be asked to send a photo of their monthly food tracker so blends, portions, and preferences can be reviewed.

Monthly orders are prepared for delivery on the second Saturday of each month. Payment and requested changes are due at least five days before delivery.

Once custom food preparation has begun, that month’s order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Emergency replacement food may be available if a package is accidentally spoiled, damaged, or left unrefrigerated. Emergency orders are subject to availability and may include an additional delivery charge.
