Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional business day. We’ll notify you by email if there is a significant delay.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active.


Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.


Damaged or Lost Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your business email] with photos of the damage so we can review the issue.


Perishable Products

Our products are intended for animal consumption and are made in small batches. While we take care in packaging, we are not responsible for spoilage due to shipping delays once the package has left our facility.
