Lazy Dog Momā¢ is a small, U.S.-based business offering digital and physical products made for real-life pet parents. Weāre not a giant warehouse operationāweāre just passionate dog people trying to make feeding and caring for your pup easier.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the U.S. only. Delivery times vary depending on the product and supplier. Orders typically ship within 2ā5 business days, but may take up to 3 weeks to arrive depending on availability and shipping method. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
3. Digital Products
Digital downloads (like guides and resources) are delivered instantly to your email after purchase. All digital sales are finalāthereās no way to āreturnā a PDF, and we appreciate your understanding.
4. Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns on digital products. For physical items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery if something arrives damaged or incorrect, and weāll work with you to make it right. Refunds are issued at our discretion. See our Refund Policy for more info.
5. Limitation of Liability
Weāre not responsible for injuries, damages, or dramatic zoomies caused by the use or misuse of our products. Always supervise your pets and use common sense. Feeding raw is your choiceāwe provide resources, not medical or veterinary advice.
